This policy explains how Oppium Fashion collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit the store, contact us, subscribe to marketing or place an order.

This policy applies to the Oppium Fashion website and related customer-service interactions. A third-party service may provide its own privacy notice for information it processes independently.

Payments

Payment information is submitted directly to the connected payment processor. Oppium Fashion receives transaction status and limited payment-related details needed to manage the order, but is not intended to receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

Retention periods vary: order and accounting records may be kept longer than routine analytics or abandoned-cart data. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information, or information about how it has been used or disclosed.
